special event. They may be overseas, have other commitments, have travel
limitations or health and mobility limitations. Why not include them as

UNDERSTANDING THE BASICS ... There are two ways we can broadcast
your event around the world to Virtual Guests
1. STREAMED LIVE IN REAL TIME: Your guests can view proceedings
LIVE anywhere in the world on an internet connection. You email them a link
and details of the broadcast time - they click the link in their browser and
view your event as it happens.
Typically the proceedings may be a constant output from a single camera
delivering both pictures and sound. The quality of both is good. We only use
paid broadcast delivery services.
Commonly we record your Live Stream Video as it happens and make it
available for Internet play-back for an agreed period after the event. The
video output can be saved to disk for you to keep.
2. VIDEO SHOOT - EDIT - UPLOAD: This is done with one or more
cameras. Followed by editing and uploading to a site where virtual guests
can access it in their own time. This provides the most flexible option and
allows time to produce a more comprehensive result, but it does take time.
Often additional footage is combined with that streamed live feed to better
capture the atmosphere of the day.
The possibilities are endless - the technology is available to produce some
marvellous results and the costs are reasonable.
