This was written in 2006 - since then we have travelled with
the EVA to a variety of venues around Australia - arranging
their conference, decorating their dinners and dealing with
the complex technical issues arising from their educational
sessions and workshops.

If you run regular conferences or events and need to move to
a different venue around Australia each year - you will have
experienced the pain, time, cost and confusion of dealing with
new people and new venues every year.
With our Touring Management Team you get the same high standard of
performance EVERY YEAR. We act as the interface between you and
this years chosen venue. We learn to understand your needs and we
understand the various venues limitations. Where possible we work with
the local AV support services and hire local equipment - if this is not cost
effective,we bring our own gear and staff.
